Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or if your product arrives damaged:
- You have 24 hours from the registered delivery date (as recorded by the postal service) to report the issue.
- Contact us in writing at hello@housenumber.store.
- For damaged items, please include a photo of the broken product with your report, along with a proof of reporting the incident to the delivery company.
- We will send a replacement item for incorrect or damaged products. Refunds are not offered in these cases.
No Returns Policy
- All our products are personalized, unique, and made to order.
- As such, all purchases are final, and we accept returns only in very limited circumstances.

Installation Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for the proper installation of the product.
- We do not assume responsibility for any damage, breakage, or wear resulting from improper or unprofessional installation.
Environmental Damage Disclaimer
We do not take responsibility for damage caused by:
- Damages resulted from improper handling, installation or use
- Extreme weather conditions (heat or cold)
- Seawater exposure
- Impact, drop, fall or other major physical force the product is not designed for
- Other harmful or corrosive effects on the ceramic items or metal frame
